Generally, liked this great accommodation with fantastic friendly staff at reception desk. The room was big with amazing view as well as modern equipment and the breakfast was substantial.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location was perfect, strategically situated near Bui Vien street, which is known for its restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. It was also within close proximity to the main attractions of the city. Moreover, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

I was happy with the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and the location of the hotel. There was one problem : I had a room on the 10th floor, very close to the roof top, and I could hear all the noise from the climatisation devices. This may not allow people to sleep because it is quite loud. So ask for a room at a lower floor.

We were impressed with the efficiency and friendliness and accommodating attitude of the staff. The breakfast was fabulous and sufficient.

I loved the hotel's convenient location as it was near the center and just a short walk away from the main attractions. Also, the staff were excellent and very caring, offering help when I needed it. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

the area was easy to access, with several restaurants and many hotels on the same street which was conforting. the hotel is near the ben tanh market however this is not the main area to go out.

most of the staff didn't speak english.

The food at 12th floor is good and the price is not expensive, and most importantly, the location of this hotel is really good, almost all the city attractions can be arrived by foot.

The room i lived has no window so i can't feel outside. moreover, the manager hold our passports until we check out, it didnt make me comfortable.

The breakfast buffet at Ambassador Saigon was impressive with its delicious variety. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
